Our team works with Pride, Passion & Purpose to ensure we are doing everything we can to bring you the Saxbys you love in the safest way possible.

We’ve created a plan considering each cafe’s geographic location, size, and set up that determines when each will reopen. Our plan takes into account equally the safety of our team and our guests that visit Saxbys.

Universal Precautions

To ensure the health and safety of all guests & team members, we have established some new & revised policies in all cafes:

a graphic explaining masks will be worn in cafes at all times a graphic explaining 3 contactless ways to order in cafe: order on the saxbys app, order online at hellosaxbys.com/order, or in-person at a host station with payment placed on counter a graphic explaining that cafe capacity and pick up will be strictly limited to 25% across all cafes with no in-cafe seating available a graphic explaining that color-coded floor markers will define separate ordering and pick up lanes a graphic explaining that a full service condiment station will be provided where all drink and food modifiers will be available in both app and web ordering platforms a graphic explaining that hand sanitizer will be provided and encouraged to be used at all touch points a graphic explaining that cafes will follow cleaning and disinfecting guidelines set by the CDC a graphic saying that saxbys is excited to begin welcoming guests back into cafes
