Radiantly floral and pleasantly sweet, these notes of honeysuckle, clementine, and brown sugar will feel that spring has truly sprung with every cup. Sourced through our friendship with producer, and Finca Santa Isabel Owner, Luis (Wicho) Valdes.

  • Process: Fully Washed
  • Variety: Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon
  • Brew Hints: When brewing the Santa Isabel  at home, we enjoy it most as filter coffee. Making a Chemex or other style pour over, try 30-32 grams of coffee and 500 grams of water. The perfect amount for you and a friend.
